Job Title: Purchase Auditor (Female)

Job Description

  • Auditing all company’s purchase data entries in the system
  • Checking approved quotations/prices from suppliers and ensuring that they match up with the payments from the company after goods/services deliveries
  • Auditing and carrying out accounts reconciliation as at when due;
  • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete data;
  • Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information;
  • Carrying out other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Accounting from a recognized university;
  • Must have worked as an Auditor in a reputable audit firm or companies;
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience as an Accountant/Auditor;
  • Knowledge of any Accounting software will be an added advantage;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of MS office suit;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Very smart with ability to multi-task
  • Must be residing or willing to relocate to Ibadan, Oyo State.

Remuneration

Job Title: Account Receivable

Job Description

  • Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts.
  • Computes and records charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, and similar items.
  • Types vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
  • Processes and keys cash receipts and processes billing requests and manual invoices.
  • Alphabetizes and files invoices. Annually purges and prepares files for archive storage.
  • Maintains print-outs related to accounts receivable.
  • Prepares miscellaneous cash for deposit.
  • Prepares all necessary documentation to assure bank approval and payment of invoices processed against letters of credit.
  • Advanced level MS Excel experience with the ability to create and perform Vlookups is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc. in Accounting from a recognized university;
  • Minimum of five (5) years cognate experience preferably in Poultry and frozen foods or FMCG companies;
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of MS office suit;

Requirements

  • Trade tests I, II, and III in Automotive / Mechanic
  • Ability to carry out repairs on Vehicle tyres, Replacement, on daily basis.
  • Must have experience with Tube, Tubeless, Syncro tyres Identifying tyre pressures, Refilling, Patching on daily basis
  • To be well versed with latest block patches, signo patches, Maintenance of reciprocating compressors on daily basis
  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience preferably in an industrial environment
  • Must be residing or willing to relocate to Ibadan

 

 

 

Job Title: Vehicle Electrician

Job Description

  • Inspect vehicle electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
  • Conduct routine maintenance work aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
  • Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components.
  • Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
  • Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
  • Keep logs on work and issues
  • Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

Requirements

  • Minimum of a diploma in Auto Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of automotive repair experience
  • Proven experience as an auto electrician
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical components of vehicles
  • Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
  • Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment
  • Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
  • Excellent physical condition
  • Time Management, Attendance, Independence, Problem Solving, Dealing with Complexity, Analyzing Information.
  • Must be residing or willing to relocate to Ibadan
