This is usually preplanned depending on the location of your project or factory operations. The BDE will be responsible for the origination and execution of new business opportunities. He/She will lead a team of personnel to create new opportunities.
The purpose of this position is to build a strong relationship with the existing and new client and ensure we become the catering company of choice as we deliver world-class service to clients.

Desired Skills and Experience

Must possess a first degree in any relevant field
A minimum of 3 years business development experience
Relevant experience in an operational or project management role
Demonstrated the ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability and ethnic backgrounds
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
High energy and resilience.

Remuneration

The remuneration structure is based on a basic salary + target based profits.
