We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:   Job Title: Head of Legal & Company Secretary Location: Lagos Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Law Degree( LLB)
• ICSAN certification
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in handling court cases
• Barrister at Law( B.L)
• Additional relevant qualification/certification will be added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years post-call experience in a reputable Law firm or reputable corporate organization
• Must have supervisory experience
• Experience in Company Law, Corporate commercial transactions, Company Secretarial functions and regulatory compliance.
