We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Receiving visitors and clients at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific offices
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
• Assisting and support administrative tasks
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including photocopying, taking notes, monitoring diesel supply/usage/level
• Daily regular checks on all common areas, including bathrooms are clean and tidy at all times
• Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building
• Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE / OND qualification with 1-2 years work experience.
