Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Researching and brainstorming each stage of the project.
  • Delegating assignments to members of the Graphics and Advertising departments, as needed.
  • Supervising employees' work, providing direction and clarification, as needed.
  • Ensuring adherence to clients' specifications.
  • Coordinating efforts to ensure that campaigns are completed.
  • Adhering to time and financial restrictions.
  • Tracking changes in consumer engagement following the roll-out of each marketing campaign.
  • Compiling reports detailing the effects exerted by each campaign, and sharing these with clients.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, or similar.
  • 2 - 5 years work experience.
  • Prior experience as a Marketing Executive.
  • Proficiency in Hootsuite.
  • A thorough understanding of contemporary trends in consumerism.
  • Excellent research and writing skills, particularly as these apply to marketing.
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Respect for people and ideas.

 

 

 

Job Title: Chemical Engineer

Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

  • Using scientific, mathematical, and engineering principles to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Designing, proposing, implementing, reviewing, and correcting plans to ensure company goals are achieved.
  • Observing production processes, conducting research, and finding ways to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Using computers to compile and analyze data.
  • Establishing safety and waste management procedures.
  • Traveling to work sites and locations to learn about project needs and design, implement, troubleshoot, test, and improve processes, equipment, and facilities.
  • Assisting with establishing budgets and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • 2 - 5 years work experience.
  • Experience or more education may be strongly desired.
  • Industry-specific knowledge may be required.
  • Some positions may require or prefer additional certificates or licenses. -Strong understanding of chemistry, mathematics, biology, and engineering principles.
  • Ability to cooperate and communicate with others, especially those without a technical background.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Exceptional problem solving, verbal and written communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
  • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
  • Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
  • Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
  • Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Secretary or other related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
  • Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.

Job Title: Public Relation Officer

Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
  • Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
  • Prepare and distribute press releases
  • Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company’s spokesperson
  • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
  • Address inquiries from the media and other parties
  • Track media coverage and follow industry trends
  • Prepare and submit PR reports
  • Manage PR issues

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role
  • Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
  • Background in researching, writing and editing publications
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media
  • Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus
  • Strong communication ability (oral and written)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
  • BSc in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field
  • 2 - 5 years work experience.
