Job Descriptions The candidates will be expected to deliver on the following sales expectations:
  • Ensure strict adherence to the company's financial guidelines and sales procedures.
  • Analyse the competitive landscape for restructuring prospects and advise accordingly.
  • Coordinate establishment and deployment of fitting marketing communication strategies for market penetration and trade development.
  • Achieve targets for assigned sales territories
  • Ensure effective planning and redistribution of products in the assigned coverage areas.
Job Responsibilities Candidates must:
  • Possess relationship building skills.
  • Possess strong IT skills in relevant applications.
  • Have high energy and be proactive.
  • Demonstrate competence to sell and achieve results.
  • Be familiar with Distributor Partnership Sales model.
  • Have hands-on experience in managing Distributor partners.
Qualifications and Experience Candidates must:
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience.
  • Possess a good first degree in social sciences or business administration from a reputable higher institution.
   
Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Lagos
Job Description The Graphic designer creates graphics for use in our social media products. He / She will have to:
  • Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
  • Review final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
  • Liaise with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
  • Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos.
  • Determine size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
Job Qualifications Candidates must possess:
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
  • Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines

Job Title: Facility Manager Location: Lagos
Job Description The candidate must be:
  • Procurement of Stationery / IT Consumables.
  • Store management: issuance of items / monitoring of stock level.
  • Printing of all company documents.
  • Mail management: Branch mails.
  • Preparation of Bill: Utility bills.
  • Ensuring stock replenishment.
  • Ensuring proper functioning of office Electrical utilities (e.g. Water Dispenser, air conditioners etc.)
  • Overseeing the Cleaners and Security guards.
  • Ensuring good functioning of the Generators.
  • Keeping office furniture in good order.
  • Participating in the procurement of office materials.
Job Qualifications Candidates must possess:
  • Minimum of 2years work experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum HND / B.sc in Facility Management or any related field.
Job Skills:
  • Moderate Administrative Skills.
  • Moderate Negotiation Skills.
  • Basic Communication skills (English): Spoken and written.
