Job Title: Supply Chain Intern

Your Role

To drive the delivery of critical business initiatives across a number of plant areas including Production, Engineering, Safety and Quality.
Establish a process of production downtime data collection and reporting.
Develop production waste monitoring and reporting process.
Coordinate execution of safety and quality improvement actions.
Coordinate control and compliance revision and gaps closure

Your Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
Ability to learn and basic knowledge/understanding of production processes
Be organised with personal workload, efficient and accurate.
Attention to detail is essential
Be proactive and work on own initiative.
Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and network across other functions/business units.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Team player.

Job Title: Supply Operations Intern

Job ID: 21015131
Location: Nigeria
Contract & Job Type: Full Time, Limited Term

Your Role

Perform various tasks related to Supply Chain Operations.
Assist with developing SOPs, training documents and providing assistance with process controls.
Work closely with the Supply Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the supply chain.
Analyse data related to business operations.
Coordinate and track movement of goods through outbound logistics pathways.
Execute internal projects as advised by the Departmental Head.
Track Claims, Returns & Refusals with the customers, follow up on credit note retrievals with Transporters.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science
The ideal candidate must have a clear understanding and commitment to compliance with safety regulations in and out of the work environment.
