Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 4 Days Onsite
Industry Requirement: Must have worked in an Outsourcing or HR Consulting Firm

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment within an outsourcing environment and be confident managing high-volume, multi-role hiring across different industries.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management ability.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with ATS or HR systems is an added advantage.
• Mandatory experience working in an outsourcing or HR consulting firm.
• Excellent sourcing strategies and interview assessment skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
