We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Open Market)

Locations: Lagos & Aba, Abia
Industry: Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed region’s monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix objectives, profit goal and market share goals
• Develop sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration within region.
• Participate in annual sales strategy planning
• Develop annual sales quotas for sales representatives and distributors. Manage and control department expenses at or below budgeted levels
• Generate quotations to identified strategic key accounts monthly.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in any relevant field
• 5-6 years of work experience.
• Proven work experience in open-market FMCG is a must
• Candidate must be working in an FMCG/Manufacturing Company
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Remuneration & Benefits
N200,000 - N250,000 (Net) Monthly + sales incentives + transport & airtime float.
