Someone smart
A Degree in Sciences or Management discipline, preferably 2:1; Grade below 2:1 will have to be extraordinary to be considered. A Master's Degree is Advantage
Conversant with or can easily pickup with History and Current Affairs
A study certification abroad, will pick up interest
Good communications and social networking skills
A Northerner is an Advantage
Presentable that can be the Face of any Organization
Good Basic Computer Skills
Ability to handle boring/Pressure of Research, Reading to summary and paper works
Good with Business Proposals and Presentations
Good with numbers
Very well spoken
