We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Rigger Foreman

Location: Akwa Ibom 
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities
Riggers Foreman:

• Supervise and coordinate rigging teams during lifting, loading, and offloading operations.
• Conduct pre-lift meetings and ensure the crew understands the scope, sequence, and safety precautions.
• Ensure that all rigging activities are carried out in accordance with HSE procedures and project specifications.
• Identify hazards and take corrective action to minimize risks on site.
• Maintain daily work reports and logbooks, documenting rigging activities and incidents.
• Ensure rigging gear is maintained, stored, and replaced as needed.
• Train and mentor junior riggers to improve team performance and safety awareness.
• Inspect rigging equipment and lifting gear to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Direct and guide crane operators and riggers using standard hand signals and communication protocols.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Eng qualification.
