It was incorporated in Nigeria on the 25th day of February, 2005 under Company & Allied Matters Act, 1990 of Federal Republic of Nigeria. Our company is wholly owned by Nigerians. We started production in April 2006 in our ultra-modern cable manufacturing factory located at Agbara Industrial Estate - about two kilometers from Badagry Expressway, Agbara, Ogun State, Nigeria.
