Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Brief

• We are looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Manager that will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for the lender to increase brand awareness, drive loan acquisitions, Fintec services to companies.
• This includes creating and executing campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• The Marketing Manager will also work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive loan acquisitions
• Create and execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and events
• Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make adjustments as needed
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial industry
• Experience working in Nigeria is preferred
• Experience in POS, agency banking and other digital channels.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
• Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration
N400,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
