Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at Fcmb Bank, located in Kaduna State, Nigeria.
• The Sales Associate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and identifying potential sales opportunities.
• The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.
• The Sales Associate will work with various departments to ensure smooth operations and maximize client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in market research and sales analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in account management and sales strategy
