Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description

Business Development within the target market.
Daily relationship management of customers via calls or visitations to maintain quality service to key corporate clients, conducted with the highest professional standards.
Provide feedback and insight regarding existing and potential key client engagements, focused on improving services, strengthening the business relationship or exploiting banking opportunities.
Preparation of quality credit write-ups and presentations.
Win transaction mandates from customers focused on driving business growth and execution of fee-earning transactions by securing.
Deposit mandates (low-cost and tenured deposits), drive collections.
Collaborating with relevant internal units to ensure seamless processing of transactions and other requests on customers’ behalf.
Provision of financial solutions – generic and bespoke, based on an understanding of the customer's current and future needs; in line with the bank’s product and service offerings.
Quality risk asset mandates (Overdrafts, Time Loan, Term Loan, etc.)

Core Competences:

Experience in managing key client relationships, with a focus on delivering excellent service to local and multinational corporate entities.
Credit Analysis Writing and Strong Presentation Skills
Selling and Negotiation Skills
Ability to analyze financial needs and present tailored solutions.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Ability to identify profitable business opportunities within existing and prospective clients on behalf of the Bank.
Strong knowledge of Banking products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications:

Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:2) in a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Marketing, Finance and other related fields.
Professional certification (or advanced stages) in ICAN, ACA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA is an added advantage.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Relationship Officer, or Business Development role in banking/financial service
