Job Title: Sales Manager

Locations: Ibadan - Oyo & Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

  • As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • You'll develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to improve performance and achieve goals
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the tech industry selling virtual products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams

Compensation

  • Basic Salary: N300,000 - N500,000 gross per month
  • Commissions: Up to N1,000,000 and above monthly based on performance
