Arthur And Verd Consulting – Our client, one of the new players in the real estate and facility management sector in Abuja is looking for vibrant female sales and marketing executives to help drive the business and carry out other assigned tasks is currently recruiting suitably and qualified candidates for the position below:

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Abuja FCT
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the management
• Identify key players in the real estate and facility management sector
• Process and manage customer invoices and quotations
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned by line manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2years cognate experience
• ND /HND / BSC in a related field
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Skilled in marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and result driven
• Skilled in delivering attractive presentations
• Proven experience as a Sales or Marketing Executive
• Prior experience in the Real Estate or Facility Management Sector would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in English
