Mente Rica Global - Our client, a Floral store in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Stay up to date with new products/services
• Manage online sales and creatives
• Design and arrange flower bouquet for customers.
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

Requirements

• HND/OND in Marketing or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Must live in Lekki axis (Do not apply if you do NOT live on the island)
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Basic math skills
• Must have good knowledge on how to use a computer.
• Must be good with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas

Remuneration
N60,000 Salary Monthly.
