Ruleborn Integrated Services is an outsourcing company that recruits, train and outsource accountants and bookkeepers to accounting firms. We train graduates and equip them with the required skills set to work as an accountant and add value to clients' company.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Preparation of financial reports
• Meet client expectations and deadlines
• Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns
• Carrying out bookkeeping activities including journal postings, ledger reconciliations, and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• Processing client records accurately using accounting softwares such as QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Netsuite, Sage 50

Requirements

• You have B.Sc (2:1) or HND (Upper Credit) in Accounting or related fields. ICAN/ACCA Certified or currently in the professional stage.
• You are honest and trustworthy, result-oriented and able to work with less supervision.
• Familiar with using a finance tech stack such as ERP, GSuite, Slack etc.
• Sound Knowledge/experience in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Netsuite, Sage 50 & Sage 300.
• Ability to work night shift when required.
• Minimum of 3 Years Experience as an Accountant.
• You have experience with full cycle accounting in terms of direct participation in month-end and year-end accounting activities; financial analysis and reporting; and budgeting.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular advanced Microsoft Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Sumifs etc.)
• You have strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.

Salary
N200,000 / Month.
