Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Decscription

• As a Product Manager, you will own the lifecycle of key products and features, working closely with engineering (C#/ASP.NET, React Native, JavaScript, Next.js), design, compliance, and commercial teams.
• You will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable product solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs, regulatory requirements, and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development: ideation, planning, execution, and roll out.
• Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to ensure features are feasible, technically sound, and delivered on time.
• Prioritize features and tasks based on business impact, customer needs, and technical constraints.
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with QA and DevOps to ensure high-quality, bug-free releases.
• Monitor product metrics, usage, and adoption, and report on KPIs to
• stakeholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and compliance requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product specifcations and user stories.
• Create and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, compliance, operations, and sales to deliver seamless user experiences.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 9 - 15 years of work experience.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 / month.
