Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition team, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing recruitment methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs to ensure timely placement.
• Manage recruitment metrics, analyzing performance and making data-driven decisions.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead a recruitment team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring competitive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• 7+ years of recruitment experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in recruitment strategies, team management, and data analysis.

Salary
N850,000 - N900,000 per month.
