Job Summary

• We are seeking for an experienced and strategic Senior Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead our sales and marketing unit, promoting the sales and services of our Electrical, Mechanical & Automation Solution.
• As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Services, including digital marketing, traditional marketing, and other relevant channels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead generation and nurturing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
• Measure and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
• Set business goals and manage KPI for sales and marketing team members.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the engineering or technical services industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
