Senior Supervisor at Kellogg's Tolaram Nigeria Limited

Kellogg Tolaram Nigeria Limited (KTNL) is a Joint Venture between Kellogg Company USA and Tolaram Group of Singapore. KTNL was incorporated on 20 August 2015 to develop the cereal and snack business in Nigeria and other West African countries. KTNL started the import of Kellogg brand cereals and snacks from the UK and Belgium in Europe in 2016. In April 2016, the JV board approved the set up of a cereal plant in the Lagos Free Trade Zone. The plant is ready and commercial production started in January 2018. Manufacturing in Nigeria with the help of locally available raw materials will help generate revenues for the local farmers and traders, become self-sufficient, boost the economy as well and generate employment for the local talent. It will also encourage foreign investments in the country. Along with the Cereals, KTNL launched an extruded snack product in July 2018 under the brand Munch IT.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Supervisor

Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating production activities, organizing, supervising, and controlling of snack production process.
• To produce quality products under the best hygienic conditions that meet the food Industry.
• To follow all Safety standards and sales demands.
• To coordinate, organize, supervise, and control the operations of Snacks production.
• Focus on MU/PE/PR,RM Usage, Six Sigma,GMP.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should possess an HND/B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering/ Production Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills and relationship building.

Skills Required:

• Experience with snacks manufacturing machines. Maddox & American Extruder
• Good communication skills with good interpersonal relationships.
• Good Computer knowledge-MS-Word, Excel.
• Should be able to read, understand & execute the production plan.
