We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Shift Manager
Locations: Lagos, Ogun and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Delegate tasks to staffs.
• Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints.
• Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks.
• Report maintenance and training needs.
• Maintain a fully-stocked inventory and order food supplies, as needed.
• Arrange to have shifts covered (e.g. when employees take time off).
• Track daily costs and revenues.
• Coordinate with suppliers as they deliver product orders.

Job Requirements

• At least an OND in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration or similar field
• 1 - 5 years experience
• A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Team management abilities.
• Proven experience as a Shift Manager or relevant role in a related work.
• Availability to work different shifts, including weekends.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
