About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Resident Project Manager to lead and oversee the on-site execution of a prestigious hotel and resort development project. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact at the site, ensuring that all construction, coordination, and quality control activities align with the project’s goals, specifications, and timelines.

The Site Resident Project Manager will work in close collaboration with the back-office team comprising the Managing Partner, Technical Director, Project Director, and other consultants to deliver a world-class facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site project execution activities including civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, specifications, drawings, quality standards, and health & safety protocols.
• Coordinate daily site meetings with contractors, consultants, and suppliers and prepare minutes of meeting.
• Monitor and report progress, challenges, and opportunities to the back-office team.
• Implement and maintain efficient site documentation, records, and reporting systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials conform to approved specifications.
• Ensure smooth communication between the on-site team and the back-office team.
• Identify and proactively resolve site issues or bottlenecks that may impact progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including site-based leadership on hospitality or resort developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, design interpretation, and project coordination.
• Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary construction teams on-site.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with construction health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar project management tools is an added advantage.

Reporting Line:

The Site Resident Project Manager reports to the Technical Director and will be supported by a central back-office team comprising senior project team members.
