Job Description
Institute of Rural Development and Urban Management (IRDUM) state reps are in charge of several tasks. Below is a list of the most important tasks they will be in charge of:

• Create persuasive arguments to sell IRDUM to professional, politicians, entrepreneurs and those in offices
• Maintain positive relationships with the public.
• Write up reports on partner’s satisfaction.
• Keep up with current sales trends.
• Organized quarterly inductions
• Organized monthly meetings with the public.
• Canvass for more partners and members
• Regularly reach out to potential partners.
• Set and maintain target goals.
• Communicate with team members regularly.
• Answer partner’s questions.

Job Requirements / Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Highly motivated.
• Humble and open to feedback.
• Excellent customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Organized.
• Great at time management.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 monthly
