Job Description

  • Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for delivering high-quality advisory services? Do you have advanced proficiency in the French language? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
  • We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with advanced French language skills to join our dynamic team and contribute to a high-impact HR advisory project.
  • As an SME, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our clients, both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR advisory services to clients, with a focus on French-speaking markets.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements.
  • Offer guidance on HR policies, employee relations, talent management, and more.
  • Effectively communicate and present HR recommendations to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and compliance requirements in the French-speaking regions.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in the French language is a requirement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Relevant HR certifications or qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR advisory roles, preferably with exposure to international clients.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and regulations in French-speaking regions.
