Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises a team of Loan Collection Dept
  Provides direction and guidance to associates
• Maintains company standards and guidelines
• Handles Collectors complaints, and issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Qualification: BSc
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
• Pays close attention to detail.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
• Manages time efficiently.
• Demonstrates solid problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a supervisor in a loan Companay
• Team player.
• Communicates clearly and effectively.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 / Month.
