Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate

About the Role

  • We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic and passionate client team of recruiters in the FinTech industry.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience hiring for Non-Tech roles such as Field Credit Officers, Field Verification Officers, Portfolio Managers, Business Relationship Managers, Sales Executives, POS Agents, and Business Development professionals.
  • You will partner directly with hiring managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding ensuring timely, quality hires that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Support HR initiatives including performance management, employee relations, and process improvement.
  • Ensure recruitment practices align with company goals and FinTech industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for FinTech commercial and operational roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within FinTech or Financial Services.
  • Experience as both an Agency Recruiter and In-house Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills and business acumen with a focus on strategic alignment.
  • Proven track record hiring for Non-Tech roles, Sales, Credit, Field Operations, Business Development, and Relationship Management.

Salary
Open to Negotiation (N500,000 - N700,000 / month).
