Job Description

• Manage sales team to achieve company goals and objectives
• Recruiting, training and guiding staff to meet sales objectives
• Setting and monitoring sales objectives
• Identifying performance improvement areas and providing recommendations
• Communicate sales performance level to team members and team's expectations from management
• Facilitate career development of the team and develop appropriate incentives for excellence
• Build and maintain strong customer relationship to promote customer retention
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
• Drive and grow revenue from sales
• Overseeing the sales team's progress in meeting set goals
• Develop business improvement initiatives based on current market realities and competition
• Providing strategies for increasing sales, feedbacks and developing marketing campaigns

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 3 - 7 years.
