Job Title: Team Member, HR Culture

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in initiatives aimed at promoting and reinforcing the bank's culture and core values.
• Assist in the design and implementation of programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to support efforts aimed at fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4 - 5 years’ work experience in an International Organization with multi company presence
• Possession of CIPD / SPHR / GPHR certifications.
• An International Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
