We offer a wide range of Management and Administrative services including: Staff recruitment & outsourcing, Staff promotion exercise, Staff training & development, Organizing conferences, retreats & special events, Documents drafting & review, Supervision of works and services, Review of organizational structure & institutional arrangement, Procurement & distribution of goods Monitoring & evaluation of projects, Business development plan.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Technical Assistant 

Location: Abuja (FCT) and may be travelling to other parts of Nigeria occasionally.

Key Duties
To serve the CEO in the following capacity:

  • Coordination of appointments and other official engagements of the CEO
  • Drafting letters, memoranda, position papers, etc
  • Representing the CEO or the organization as may be assigned
  • Liaising with departments and offices within the organization
  • Managing the staff, equipment and documents of the CEO office.
  • Preparations for meetings of the CEO.
  • Review of correspondences and documents
  • Any other duties befitting Technical Assistant as may be assigned.

Qualification
To possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree while a master's degree is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resident in Abuja is added advantage.
  • Competency in the use of ICT facilities.
  • Must have spent at least 10 years of service in the government or organized private sector including working with the management.
