We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telemarketing Agent (with fluency in Igbo OR Hausa Language)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• Promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele and communicating with potential customers over the phone to offer the company's products;
• Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how products meet their needs
• Respond to customer complaints or concerns with products, and seeking to resolve problems while adhering to company policy

Requirements

• A First Degree in a relevant field & previous experience in telemarketing is preferred
• Excellent verbal & phone communication skills, with active listening
• Ability to understand customers' requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
• Ability to promote a product or service using persuasive language and techniques
