Job Title: Chief of Staff

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a highly experienced, passionate, and exceptionally responsible Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and executive leadership.
  • This role requires a sharp strategic thinker with proven leadership experience, solid business acumen, and strong operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO to drive organizational strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, track action points, and ensure accountability.
  • Provide operational oversight and support process improvements company-wide.
  • Handle sensitive matters with discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
  • Manage cross-functional communication and ensure smooth flow of information across teams.
  • Prepare high-level reports, briefs, presentations, and decision-ready documents.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings, negotiations, and external functions when required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related fields; advanced qualifications are an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, leadership maturity, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, trustworthy, and passionately committed to excellence.
  • Strong experience in a senior management, operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff role.
  • Demonstrated exposure to international environments (travel or work experience outside Africa).
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate is someone who has:

  • Relevant academic and professional qualifications
  • Solid years of high-level managerial or strategic operations experience
  • International travel exposure outside Africa, with a global mindset and strong cultural awareness
  • The maturity and presence to represent the CEO in key internal and external engagements.

Remuneration

  • N700,000 – N1,000,000 monthly (Competitive salary)+ attractive benefits.
