We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Job Description

• The Telesales personnel is expected to plan and carry out sales activities while ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

Job Requirements

• Below is the basic job description for the role:
• Develop and Maintain Customer base data.
• Attending to customer's enquiries and providing information and solution to clients needs.
• Develop and prepare action plans and strategies.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and promotional materials
• Keep and maintain sales activities and report.
• Generate and Qualify leads.
• Develop sales proposal
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients and also book in an appointment with the client.

Education

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing or any social business field (Preferably a corp member)
• This position is opened to corps member who are currently serving or yet to get a place of primary assignment.
