Job Title: Teller

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. 
• You will be the face of our bank, interacting with customers and providing them with a positive banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to bank customers.
• Perform daily cash handling duties.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate records and balances.

Requirements

• Candidate should possess relevant qualification.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
