Job Summary

• We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our HR team at Elipse solutions.
• As a Training Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs to employees, as well as managing training logistics, budgets, and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training programs to employees, including scheduling, logistics, and materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training content
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance and evaluation data
• Manage training budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Evaluate training programs, including collecting feedback and assessing impact

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or related field
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
