Job Title: Training Programs Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time, on-site

Description

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Programs Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing our learning and development programs, both in-person and virtual, to ensure seamless delivery and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, implementation, and delivery of training and capacity-building programs.
• Liaise with facilitators, trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure quality program delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between training goals and organizational objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all training programs and participants.
• Assist in developing new program modules and learning materials where necessary.
• Manage participant registration, attendance, and feedback.
• Oversee logistics for training sessions including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions using measurable KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in program coordination, training management, or learning and development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online meeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for people development and learning.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working in an educational technology, NGO, or capacity-building organization.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and LMS platforms.
