We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Travels Clerk

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Handling International ticketing
• Processing and allocating accommodation in conjunction with the Camp boss
• Preparing weekly, monthly and yearly international ticketing report
• Preparing LPO for international ticket purchase on daily basis for staff and other stakeholders v. Liaising with transport and protocol unit to actualise POB
• Sending both electronic and hard copy of international ticket LPO to airline and travels agents
• Prompt service delivery of international ticket to passenger on mission
• Preparation of MCO for expatriate and their families where applicable
• Back to back with other team member on off-duties Xii Allocation of cost centre to ticket request
• Follow up on vendor invoices to facilitate payment with Finance section
• Follow up on mission order input on PTS and G3S or equivalent software

Accountabilities:

• The service involves ensuring seamless movement by air and providing ticketing for staff on official missions as well as Company Partners and Authorities. Provision of accommodation for staff and other stakeholders at the minimum cost to the company.

Qualifications / Experience Required

• H.N.D / BSc. Business Admin. & Management
• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge and proficient usage of MS Excel
• Ticketing and flight booking capability essential
• 5 years’ relevant experience
