We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: User Experience Designer and Researcher Location: Nationwide About You As a UX Designer, you will:

• Be able to take initiative, be creative and curious, be able to conduct design review meetings, and collect feedback with other teammates and prouct users
• Communicate and collaborate with other cross-functional teammates
• Assist engineers with the final development of products
• Collaborate with other members of our product, design, and engineering teams to translate concepts into a living, breathing product. You will follow up on the new functionality design and maintain the existing design documentations
• Deliver innovative, user-friendly design on web and mobile, including interaction design specifications, interactive prototype
• Maintain existing interaction design, including improving user experience and updating design specifications
• Fulfill several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Work with product managers and design manager to develop design concepts

Requirements

• 3-5years of demonstrated design knowledge
• Visual design and user research skills (Personas, Scenarios, User Flow, User Data Interviews, Wireframes, Site Maps, Rapid Prototyping)
• Basic HTML, CSS and Javscript Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
• Skills in Sketch App or Adobe Creative Suite
• An understanding of user-centered design process, methodologies, and principles of usability
• Portfolio required for candidates

Nice to have:

• You have experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• You have a dedicated workspace and good internet connection for call conference
• You are familiar with work tools like Slack, Skype, Trello, Skype, ZooM

Personal:

• You have good work ethics and can work with a diverse team
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Independent, self-motivated
• You can work without supervision
