Dangote Sinotruk West Africa Limited is a Joint Venture between Dangote Industries Limited and Sinotruck of China with the total investment of $100 million formed for assembling different type of Trucks, with the Nigerian Dangote Industries owing 65 per cent equity and 35 per cent by Sinotruk. The company is established to assemble and produce full range of commercial vehicles covering heavy duty truck, medium truck, light truck and other semi-trailers etc.

It aims to meet an expected current demand of the segment of Automobiles required for logistics, construction, food & beverage industries in Nigeria to support the government’s efforts on boosting the economic development across the country. The objectives of establishing Dangote Sinotruk West Africa Limited is to provide employment opportunities to Nigerians, improve local automobile industry, add equipment base and achieve technological advancement in Nigeria, and in turn to promote the economic development in Nigeria. The Company is also to form a production hub at Lagos for heavy-duty & light duty trucks and commercial vehicles in West Africa. With the formation of the production base which will not only serve the market demands in Nigeria but also can fulfil the requirements of neighbouring ECOWAS countries.

We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

 

Job Title: Junior Carpenter

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

• Trade Test I Certificate in Carpentry and joinery with minimum 3 years work experience.

 

Job Title: Assembly Line Operator

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

• Relevant vocational skills learning or training certificate in Automobile Industry with minimum of 3 years work experience.

 

Job Title: Junior Plumber

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

• Trade Test I Certificate in Plumbing with minimum 3 years work experience.

 

Job Title: Junior Mason

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

• Trade Test I Certificate in Building Technology with a minimum of 3 years work experience.

 

Job Title: Junior Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Officer

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

• Trade Test I Certificate in Refrigeration and air conditioning systems + 5 years experience.

 

Job Title: Junior Electrical Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Electrical Engineering with 3 years work experience.

 

Job Title: Instrumentation Technician

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

• OND in Instrumentation Engineering / Electrical Engineering with minimum of 5 years work experience.
• Experience in calibration and maintenance of test tools is an added advantage.

 

Job Title: Electrical Technician

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND in Electrical Electronics or Electricals or its Equivalent with 3 years work experience.

 

Job Title: Junior Mechanical Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Electrical Engineering with 3 years work experience.

 

Compensation

• The compensation package would be quite attractive, persons without the qualification and experience need not apply, since such cases would not be considered.
