IBFCAlliance Limited - Between 1992 and 1999, the business known as IBFCAgusto Training Limited, was carried out in the training divisions of two companies. In 1999, it became a joint venture training business, and was later incorporated into a limited liability company (IBFCAgusto Training Limited) in 2001. Effective 1st of July 2014, consequent upon a business restructuring exercise, IBFCAgusto Training Ltd and Alliance Consulting (one of its owner firms) combined their businesses to form IBFCAlliance Limited. Over the years, the company has provided bespoke training courses and seminars in the Nigerian market and beyond.

We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

 

 

Job Title: Vegetable Agronomist

Location: Ekiti

Job Description Summary

  • This position will be the research and development functional unit of the farm responsible for generating new, usable, and applicable information for maximising vegetable yields. The Vegetable Agronomist shall be actively involved at all stages of vegetable production starting from planting to harvesting.
  • The aim will be to increase the yield per hectare to optimum through the application of the basic principles of agronomic management
  • Deliver scientific write ups as set out in the vegetable road map.

Qualification and Work Experience

  • A Degree in Agricultural Science. Additional courses in Business Management or Administration will be an advantage

Job Title: Cassava Agronomist

Location: Ekiti

Job Description Summary

Job Title: Open Field Team Lead

Location: Ekiti

Job Description Summary

  • This position will establish, supervise and coordinate with farm laborers to maximize output and productivity.
  • Active involvement in the planting and harvesting process i.e., transplanting, fertilization, disease detection & prevention, weed management and other farm activities as directed by the Farm Manager.
  • The aim will be to increase the yield per hectare to optimum through the application of the basic principles of agronomic management
  • Deliver agreed outputs, revenue, and profit targets as set in agreement with the farm manager for each planting cycle.

Responsibilities Include:

Location: Ekiti

Job Description Summary

Job Title: Cassava Team Lead

Location: Ekiti

Job Description Summary

  • This position will establish and manage all aspects commercial production of cassava including trial plots, seed stem farms, commercial farms, fertilization, disease detection and prevention, weed management and related activities.
  • You will train Extension officers and farm hands on all aspects of cassava commercial production.
  • Deliver agreed outputs, revenue, and profit targets as set in agreement with the organisation for each planting cycle.
