Job Title: Business Development Manager - Executive Education

Location: Lagos

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a highly dynamic environment
• Proven track record working with external stakeholders and in leading sales and marketing initiatives
• Proven track record in managing and ability to price programs appropriately
• Demonstrable skills in prospecting new clients and identifying and meeting prospects' needs and issues.

Job Title: Career Development & Alumni Lead

Location: Apapa, Lagos

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Social Science, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience of 3-5years in human resources, career coaching, learning and development, preferably in a higher education setting.
• Strong knowledge of career development theories assessment tools, and job market trends.

Job Title: Program Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social sciences or related field
• Minimum of 3years experience in an administrative or coordination role
• Ability to define project scope, goals, timelines and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with team members, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
• Proven organizational skills and abilityto prioritize tasks, set realistic deadlines, and manage time efficiently to meet project milestones and deliverables
• Knowledge of policies and procedures within the education space.

Job Title: Director, Fundraising

Location: Apapa, Lagos

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, fundraising, investor/donor relations, or a similar role
• Demonstrated access to high-profile donor communities in Nigeria and Africa
• Experience with managing diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
