Our marketing strategy objective is to support and enhance Small, Medium, and even some large-scale businesses by financing their short-term needs or bridging their short-term funding gaps. We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

Job Title: Verification / Recovery Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Conduction of detailed background research and analysis of transactions before disbursement
• Address verification exercises and timely closure of same
• Provide real-time update to the line Manager and regular information on the clients assigned to.
• Substantially reduce bank PAR through daily loan monitoring and strategies for recovery

Requirements

• No prior field experience required, however candidate must be teachable, must have good time management skills, confidence, and must be appropriately assertive to deal with debtors and clients
• The candidate must possess a minimum of OND certification.
• Candidate's proximity to the Island is preferrable.

Job Title: Relationship Manager (Marketer)

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Relationship Managers will be responsible for sourcing of customers to access the bank's products and services
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Identifying target markets and sales tactics to improve product offerings
• Booking of loans and ensuring repayment

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Marketer in a financial institution. Experience in the Microfinance Industry is an added advantage
• Candidate must possess a minimum of B.Sc./HND in any discipline
• The candidate must have good knowledge with a proven record of Credit / Risk Analysis.
