We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Branch Agent Supervisor Locations: Abuja and Akwa Ibom Job Type: Full Time Job Responsibilities

• Handling complains (from both Agents & customers)
• Resolving and / relaying any technology challenges to immediate reports
• Ensure targets on account opening and client usage of agent are met
• Ensure that 17% of branch customers are served by the agents
• Any other duties as assigned by the HBO and branch management
• Facilitates selection and recruitment of Agents in assigned area of operation
• Liquidity management ? making sure the Agents meet clients? cash requirements and that all cash is banked on time
• Monitor Agents compliance to ACCION operational policies and procedures to minimize potential fraud risks.
• Manage the needs of 3rd party agent and customer recruiters & ease Admin bottlenecks
• Train Agents on how to use the implemented system (using his/her own handset)
• Distribute all branding and marketing collateral issues for assigned Agents
• Assist with promotional events at Agent level as and when organized by the bank
• Monitoring & coaching Agents on customer service excellence

Qualification & Experiences

• Minimum of OND or Related Qualification in Banking and Finance, Business Studies, Accounting or related discipline
• 3 years of experience in a financial institution, selling financial services to the mass market. Ability to write reports, present data & enunciate clearly

• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy, including PowerPoint presentation ability
• Good Account Relationship Management skills
• Intense Passion for Sales and Technology
• Ability to monitor any Agent-related development in assigned area and present feedback to management
• Hardworking and being comfortable with outdoor activities
• Good writing and presentation skills

Required Knowledge:

• Possession of experience in Banking, and a thorough understanding of Microfinance Banking and accounting practices
