Schechinah Bakery Nigeria is an emerging name in bread and pastries making in Lagos. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Bread Baker Location: Lagos Job Description

Understand modern bread making processes and can work without supervision
Adjust batch recipe where necessary and reduce waste to the barest minimum
Ensure that product quality is not compromise at all time through strict compliance to appropriate systems and procedures.
Measure and weigh flour and other ingredients for dough preparation
Bake different types/shapes of breads; Rose, Pullman, fruit, sardine, cocoanut, seed and nut, etc
Set up oven temperature to achieved proper bake
Ability to operate modern bread making equipment
Ensure good housekeeping is maintain in the bakery at all time

Requirements

Experienced baker with 2+ years of experience on special bread making
Minimum of ND in related field/ or professional craft certification.
Male of not more 35years of age and must leave around Oshodi or its environment.

Skills:

Team spirit and customer focus attitude
Excellent time management skill
Flexibility to work in a shift pattern
Good knowledge of baker’s math
Hard working and very enthusiastic
Excellent time management skill
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
