The purpose of this role is to ensure the functions of the Technology unit which include Application developing, hosting, maintaining and supporting innovative solutions for our clients in a safe and secure high availability environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee Planning Application Systems Upgrade
Provide Instruction when new application is installed, or when an existing system is upgraded using accurate unit test cases for Product Testing
Ensure detailed Provision of support to Clients
Ensure the Architectural Design of proposed solution is followed
Ensure Coding and Implementation are accurate
Oversee Bug Fixing and Feature Enhancement
DBA Functions & Code Management
Oversee and manage System Administration
Oversee and manage Cloud Administration
Oversee and manage Network Administration
Ensure the purchase of efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
Implementation of Strategic methods to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Technology Team
Oversee daily Application Monitoring

Required Skills

Experience in controlling information technology budget
Outstanding communication abilities
B.Sc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
Proven years of experience as a Head of IT, IT director or similar role
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, development etc.
