• Manage company’s resources - Equipment, tools, materials, Safety wears & gadgets etc and ensure they are adequate and adequately handled at all times.
• Work with Company’s and customers’ EHS personnel and process to ensure compliance.
• Handle service contracts and directs support services.
• Ensure good communication with customers at all times before, during and after execution of service contracts.
• Manage the field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and repairs.
