We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Institutional and HNI Sales Location: Nigeria Division: Asset Management Job Summary

A sophisticated and well connected individual with extensive personal client relationships is needed to run the sales desk focused on HNIs and corporates.
This candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding very high sales targets in the financial services industry.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Product sales and marketing
Recruitment, management and mentorship of sales staff
Create and organize client events
Client relationship management
Marketing strategy development

Qualifications

4-10 years experience selling financial products and services
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to recruit and lead a high performance sales team
Superior communication and presentation skills
Extensive client relationships and contacts in the HNI and corporate market
Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
