We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: IT Support Officer Location: Lagos Core Responsibilities

Real-time monitoring of transactions and services on deployed IT solutions.
Provision of first level IT support services to clients and customers across various channels (Phone, email and online) promptly.
Escalate observed or reported incidents to the appropriate units for prompt resolution.

Education Requirements

Minimum of OND in Computer Science, Engineering or any other related Physical Sciences.
